Wasn’t
me.

WasntMe finds adult websites and explicit searches in your Chrome history and erases only those traces. Everything else stays exactly where it was.

The science of the alibi

An empty history
is suspicious.

Nobody has an empty history. Nobody. Wiping everything is the digital version of whistling with your hands in your pockets. WasntMe only removes the unwanted adult sites (which you obviously never visited) and leaves your lasagna recipes, cat videos and vacuum cleaner reviews exactly where they were.

How it works

Three clicks.
Zero explaining.

  1. 01 · Scan

    Digging… quietly.

WasntMe goes through your history, searches, cookies, cache and downloads, right on your device.

  2. 02 · Review

    Found it.

Found sites are listed with masked names (p•••••b.com), safe from over-the-shoulder looks. Everything is selected; untick what you want to keep. Suspicious sites get a “?”.

  3. 03 · Erase

    Wasn’t me.

One click removes the pages, the explicit searches and the cookies, sessions and cache of those sites only.

Surgical, not nuclear

What gets erased

WasntMe only touches the sites it found, and you choose exactly what goes.

  • SearchesExplicit searches on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, YouTube…
  • Cookies & sessionsLogs you out of those sites only
  • Cache & imagesThumbnails and previews they left behind

FAQ

Fair questions

Why not just use incognito mode?

Incognito is perfect… when you remember it. All it takes is one night where you forget to open it before taking care of business, and everything lands in your history. Stop stressing over those slip-ups: WasntMe takes care of everything. It finds those traces after the fact and erases only them.

Does it delete my whole history?

No. WasntMe only removes the entries of the sites it found and you kept selected. The rest of your history doesn’t move a pixel.

Will it log me out of my email or other accounts?

No. Cookies and sessions are cleared only for the sites you clean. Explicit searches are removed one by one, so you stay logged in to Google.

Are my downloaded files deleted?

No. Only the entry in Chrome’s download list is removed. The file stays on your disk.

Can someone see the sites while I review them?

Domain names are masked by default (p•••••b.com). An eye button reveals them only if you want.

What if it flags a site I want to keep?

Untick it before erasing, or add it to the allowlist in the settings so it is never touched again.

Does anything leave my computer?

Nothing. Detection runs entirely in your browser with a built-in list. There is no server to send anything to.
